Google Reverse Image Search

Most of Us don't know that Google has a feature of Reverse Image Search. That means we can now search the web with image instead of text. Just Follow the Steps -

• Goto Google Image Search.
• Now Click on the camera on the right side of Google Images Search Box.
• A Pop Up will displayed on screen.
• Paste the URL of the image or Click on Upload your image and upload your image.
• Press Search.
• Now you will be shown results according to your Image.

Facebook Shortcuts

Hello CS Readers, There are some Keyboard Shortcuts for Facebook for both Windows and Mac Operating System.

First Check your modifier keys based on your Operating System and Browser.

Modifier Keys -

• Windows & Chrome - Alt
• Windows & Firefox - Alt + Shift
• Windows & Internet Explorer - Alt
• OSX & Firefox - function + Ctrl

Once you determined your modifier keys see the Facebook shortcuts and press the Modifier keys and Facebook Shortcut together.

Facebook Shortcuts -

• M - Open a new message ( Does not work in IE because its shortcut for Home Page).
• ? - Goto the Facebook Search.
• 1 - Home ( News Feed ).
• 2 - Your Profile Page.
• 3 - Friend Requests.
• 4 - Messages.
• 5 - Notifications.
• 6 - Your Account Settings.
• 7 - Your Privacy Settings.
• 8- Go to the Facebook Page.
• 9 - View Facebook Statement & Rights Agreement.
• 0 - Open Facebook Help Center.

For Example : If you are using Chrome in Windows and you want to open Facebook Notifications then Press Alt + 5. That's It.

Note : These Shortcuts work only with numbers on the top of the keyboard and not with the Num-Pad Keys.

Easy way to increase Speed when using Multiple Applications

An easy way to Speed Up your system is just minimising the applications which are not in use.

I know you will not believe this, but I can give you a demonstration.

Steps to Check -

• Just open any application, say MS WORD.
• Now Press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC, this will open Windows Task Manager.
• Now go to the Processes Tab.
• See the listing of Word, and see how much memory it is consuming.
• Now minimize Word, and now again observe the memory usage.

• You will find a significant change in the usage of memory and it will increase your system speed.

So from now on make it a habit of minimising the applications when not in use.

Ways to play with Google

"do a barrel roll" - Typing this phrase into the Google search box makes the screen perform a 360-degree spin.


The same effect can be achieved by entering "Z or R twice" into the search bar.



Also Typing "tilt" in the search box tilts the screen on the right slightly.


Note : The barrel role does not appear to work on all browsers, but work on chrome and firefox.


A Google spokesperson said that this new gimmick is to entertain users and will be available for at least some time.

• Go to the video you want to view.
• The site will display that the video can not be played in your Country.
• See in the address bar and you need to manipulate it a bit.
• Your URL will be like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SbOtcgdnipI

You just have to remove"watch?v=" and replace it with"v/"

Now your URL will look like http://www.youtube.com/v/SbOtcgdnipI

• Now run this URL and you will have access to the blocked video.
